    Need help with a bug or issue in Wonder Tactics?

    We understand that it may be frustrating and we hope to help you first by going through basic troubleshooting steps.

    Before you make a post or send an email inquiry for assistance, please try the following FIRST:

    Basic troubleshooting

    For Android devices:
    • Check your internet connection and make sure the signal is strong
      • (We recommend playing under a strong WiFi internet connection)​
    • Make sure there is enough internal memory and RAM inside your device
      • (We recommend at least 1GB free internal memory and 1-2 GB RAM)
    • Clear Google Play caches
      • Settings - General - Application Manager – Wonder Tactics - Clear the Cache
    • Clear all tasks in Task Manager before running the game
    • Check that you have the latest updated version of Facebook application
      • Make sure that you are signed into the correct Facebook account that is also used to play Wonder Tactics
    • Uninstall/reinstall game
    • Restart the device


    For iOS devices:
    • Check your internet connection and make sure the signal is strong
      • (We recommend playing under a strong wifi connection)
    • Make sure there is enough internal memory and RAM inside your device
      • (We recommend at least 1GB free internal memory and 1-2GB RAM)
    • Clear all tasks in Task Manager before running the game
    • Reinstall Game
    • Restart the device
    • Check that you have the latest updated version of Facebook application
      • Make sure that you are signed into the correct Facebook account that is also used to play Wonder Tactics
    • Check that you are logged in to the correct Gamecenter ID that you use to play Wonder Tactics


    Search for Existing Threads
    Have you tried all the basic troubleshooting methods above and still experiencing the same issue?
    Other users may be experiencing the same issue and may have posted a similar thread.
    Please make sure to search for existing threads and you may find a solution that another user has found!

    Please note that Customer Support may take at least 3-5 business days for a response as there is a high volume of inquiries coming in everyday.
    If you forget to add the requested information in the email, there may be added delay as the CS is waiting for the missing information to further assist you.

    I can't play music unless the in game sounds are on, and even then sometimes it just stops the music as soon as I log into the game.

      Hello AshedPhoenix, are you referring to the background music of the game or music from your device? Also, which device are you using?
