    We'd like to inform you about refund process on the in-app purchases

    made during the data restoration period (Nov. 4th 8:30am PST) for resolving the Gem summoning error.


    ▶ Recipients

    Those who made an in-app purchase during the error (Nov. 4th 12:42am - 8:30am PST)


    ▶ Refund Process

    1) Apple App Store

    - Refund process will be carried out through 1:1 customer service inquiry. (https://m.withhive.com/customer/faq)

    * Please note that due to the App Store Market Policy, we cannot cancel your payment all at once, so please make sure to get a refund after submitting the inquiry.


    2) Google Play Store

    - Automatic refunds will be processed in order for purchases made within the error period.
