hi, it turns out that when loading the events an error comes out, and the problem is not my connection to the internet, when entering the events almost full load but after nothing comes this error, the question is how can I solve this problem or if there is some other way to load the events of some other place to be able to claim the rewards of these in advance thanks.

Sadly there's not a fix for this yet. The Devs insist it's due to internet connection speed or stability. Would you share with us a speed test and your device info? -
they are only two mb, but there is no problem in the game as I have seen in some connection errors that some people have, there is only problem when loading the eventsComment
